Personality types can help explain why a person acts the way they do. One of the most common traits are Extroverts and Introverts. Extroverts are directed towards the objective world whereas Introverts are directed towards the subjective world. This simply means that extroverts thrive and "recharge" from being around others, while introverts need their solitary time. Which best describes you?
